These terms govern your use of edu-lll.org and its subdomains (the "Site") and the advisory services provided by Beijing Lelinglong Education Consulting Co., Ltd.（北京樂玲瓏教育諮詢有限公司）("LLL Education", "we", "us").
By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
LLL Education is an independent education consultancy. We provide information and advisory support to individuals considering online postgraduate programmes offered by overseas universities, including:
We are not a university and we do not award degrees. All degrees are awarded solely by the university concerned. We are not an agent, representative or affiliate of any university unless expressly stated in writing.
This section matters. Please read it.
You agree that the information you provide — including academic history, work experience and contact details — is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Applications containing inaccurate or falsified information may be rejected by the university, and any offer may be withdrawn. We are not responsible for consequences arising from information you have given us that is incorrect.
Our advisory service fee is agreed with you in writing before any service is provided. Tuition fees are set by and payable directly to the university, and are separate from our advisory fee.
If we are engaged to support your application and the application is unsuccessful — that is, the university does not issue an offer — we will refund 100% of the advisory service fee.
Once both of the following have occurred, the advisory service fee and any tuition paid are non-refundable:
At that point our service has been delivered in full. Tuition refunds after that stage, if any, are governed solely by the university's own refund policy, which we do not control and cannot vary. You should read the university's refund policy before paying tuition.
Refund requests under clause 5.1 should be sent to privacy@edu-lll.org with your name and application reference. We will process an approved refund within 30 days of confirming that the application was unsuccessful.
By submitting an enquiry you agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, email or our online chat service in relation to that enquiry. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time by writing to privacy@edu-lll.org.
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The content of this Site — text, layout, graphics and the LLL Education name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors, and may not be copied or reproduced for commercial purposes without our written permission.
University names, course names and logos referred to on this Site are the property of the respective institutions and are used for identification purposes only.
The Site uses third-party services including chat, analytics and advertising measurement tools. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party website linked from the Site.
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the advisory services — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of the advisory service fee you have paid to us under the relevant engagement.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of opportunity, loss of earnings, or costs incurred in reliance on information published by a university.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the advisory services shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission / Beijing International Arbitration Center (BAC/BIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules in effect at the time of application. The seat of arbitration shall be Beijing. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date above. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.

樂玲瓏教育是獨立的教育諮詢機構，為考慮修讀海外大學網上研究生課程的人士提供資訊及顧問支援，包括：
我們不是大學，亦不頒發學位。所有學位均由相關大學單獨頒發。除非另有書面說明，我們並非任何大學的代理人、代表或關聯機構。

你同意所提供的資料——包括學歷、工作經驗及聯絡方式——盡你所知為準確完整。
若申請所載資料不準確或虛假，大學可能拒絕該申請，已發出的取錄亦可能被撤回。因你提供的資料有誤而引致的後果，我們不承擔責任。
我們的顧問服務費在提供任何服務前以書面與你議定。學費由大學釐定並由你直接向大學繳付，與我們的顧問費分開計算。
若我們受委託協助你的申請，而申請不成功——即大學未發出取錄通知——我們將全額退還顧問服務費。
當以下兩項情況同時發生後，顧問服務費及已繳學費不可退還：
屆時我們的服務已全部履行完畢。此階段之後的學費退款（如有）完全受大學本身的退款政策規管，該政策非我們所能控制或更改。繳付學費前，你應先細閱大學的退款政策。
依第 5.1 條申請退款，請電郵至 privacy@edu-lll.org，並附上你的姓名及申請編號。經確認申請不成功後，我們將於 30 日內處理已批准的退款。
提交查詢即表示你同意我們就該查詢以電話、WhatsApp、電郵或網上對話與你聯絡。你可隨時電郵 privacy@edu-lll.org 要求停止聯絡。
我們處理你個人資料的方式載於私隱政策。
本網站內容——文字、版面、圖像，以及樂玲瓏教育名稱與標誌——屬我們或我們的授權人所有，未經書面許可不得為商業目的複製。
本網站提及的大學名稱、課程名稱及標誌屬各相關院校所有，僅作識別用途。
本網站使用第三方服務，包括對話、分析及廣告成效量度工具，該等服務受其本身的條款及私隱政策規管。我們不對任何從本網站連出的第三方網站內容或做法負責。

凡因本條款或顧問服務所引起或與之相關的任何爭議，均提交北京仲裁委員會／北京國際仲裁中心（BAC/BIAC），按其屆時有效的仲裁規則進行仲裁。仲裁地為北京。仲裁裁決為終局裁決，對雙方均有約束力。
我們可更新本條款。現行版本連同上方日期恆常公布於本頁。條款更新後繼續使用本網站，即視為接受。
