Beijing Lelinglong Education Consulting Co., Ltd. ("LLL Education", "we", "us") operates edu-lll.org and its subdomains, and provides advisory services for international online degree programmes. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form on our websites, we collect your name, phone number or WhatsApp number, and your stated area of interest. If you contact us through our chat service, we collect the contents of that conversation and any contact details you provide within it.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our pages we collect your IP address and derived country, browser type and device, the pages you view and time spent, the page that referred you, and advertising campaign parameters present in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and the Google click identifier gclid or Meta click identifier fbclid).
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and browser storage for site functionality, for the chat widget, and for advertising measurement through Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may prevent the chat service from working.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

We share information with partner universities only when you have asked us to assist with an application. We do not share your contact details with any third party for their own marketing.
We operate an internal tool that uses the Google Ads API to manage our own advertising accounts. This section explains that access, as required by Google's API Services User Data Policy.
What it accesses. The tool authenticates through Google OAuth 2.0 using the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. It accesses only Google Ads accounts belonging to LLL Education, authorised by an employee of LLL Education who administers those accounts. It does not access Google accounts belonging to website visitors, students, or any other person.
What data. Campaign, ad group, keyword and advertisement configuration; performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost and conversions; search terms reports; and account settings — all of it data about our own advertising, generated by our own spending.
How we use it. Solely to report on and manage our own advertising campaigns: reading performance data, adding or pausing keywords, adjusting budgets and bids, and maintaining negative keyword lists.
How we store it. OAuth credentials are stored in a configuration file on a server controlled by LLL Education, accessible only to authorised staff. Reporting data is retained in our internal systems for analysis. Neither credentials nor Google Ads data are transmitted to any third party.
How we share it. We do not share, sell, transfer, or disclose Google user data obtained through Google APIs to any third party. We do not use it for targeted advertising, personalised advertising, retargeting, interest-based advertising, selling to data brokers, providing to information resellers, determining credit-worthiness, or lending purposes. We do not use it to develop, improve, or train non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Limited Use. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access. The authorising employee may revoke this tool's access at any time through the Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

When a retention period expires, the data is deleted or destroyed.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of information that is inaccurate, deletion of your information, or withdrawal of consent to marketing contact. Write to privacy@edu-lll.org and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in Hong Kong, you may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD).
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to enquiry records is restricted to advisory staff who need it. Credentials for third-party systems are stored in access-controlled configuration and are not committed to source control.
Our services are intended for adults considering postgraduate study. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be notified to affected individuals where we hold contact details.

我們只在你要求協助申請時才會將資料提供予合作大學。我們不會為第三方自身的市場推廣目的而分享你的聯絡資料。

儲存方式。OAuth 憑證儲存於樂玲瓏教育控制的伺服器上的設定檔內，只有獲授權員工可存取。報表數據保存於內部系統供分析之用。憑證與 Google Ads 數據均不會傳送予任何第三方。
分享方式。我們不會向任何第三方分享、出售、轉移或披露透過 Google API 取得的 Google 使用者資料。我們不會將其用於定向廣告、個人化廣告、再行銷廣告、興趣導向廣告、出售予數據經紀商、提供予資訊轉售商、信貸評估或借貸用途。我們亦不會將其用於開發、改良或訓練非個人化的人工智能或機器學習模型。
有限使用。我們對透過 Google API 所接收資料的使用，遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括其中的有限使用（Limited Use）要求。
